Hi, I'm Cate!
I am: A busy professional, mom to two amazing children, perfectly partnered in love, an athlete, hobby chef, and a lifelong student of all things wellness.
I have been a master trainer and nutrition coach based in Northern California, for over 20 years. I coach clients for optimum human performance and health through lifestyle habits. I strive to inspire and empower others to be their best selves.
In my free time, I spend quality time with my family, preferably traveling or having fun in nature! I also try to continuously challenge my own growth and participate a variety competitive sports, which require training and discipline. I enjoy growing food in my ever-expanding garden, and being creative in the kitchen with recipe experiments. I love living life on my own terms, with my personal health being on the forefront. Lead by example!
I believe in the powerful impact that coaching can provide, and I want to be a trusted resource and help as many people as I can. This is why I am excited for the opportunity to train you no matter where you are located or where you are at in your health journey.
